Chiropractic care · Tampa, Florida

Good care starts with a good conversation.

An aching back. A stiff neck. Something that just doesn’t move like it used to. At Feel Good Chiropractic, your appointment starts with what you’re feeling—and what you want to get back to.

Let’s find your next step

Your goals belong in the plan.

Maybe you want to sit through a workday more comfortably, turn your head when driving, or return to the gym. Bring those details with you. They help Dr. Frankie connect the examination to the things that matter in your everyday life.

Your health history, movement, and symptoms guide the next step. That may be chiropractic care, rehabilitation, a different treatment option, or a referral when another kind of care is needed.

More than an adjustment.

A care plan can combine hands-on treatment with practical ways to move, work, and exercise. Techniques are selected after your examination and discussed with you before treatment.

  • Joint manipulation or gentler mobilization, when appropriate
  • Soft tissue techniques for muscles and surrounding tissues
  • Functional exercises and rehabilitation
  • Ergonomic guidance for work and daily routines

Understand your options.

Spinal manipulation is one nondrug option for some musculoskeletal problems. Benefits vary, and it is not appropriate for every person or condition. Temporary soreness can occur; discuss risks, alternatives, and any health conditions with Dr. Frankie.

You should know what is being recommended, why, and how progress will be assessed. Feel Good Chiropractic does not require long-term contracts. Ask questions, share your preferences, and let the office know if your symptoms change.

Care through different stages of life.

Age, previous injuries, bone health, and other medical conditions can affect the examination and treatment choices. Older adults should share information about medications, osteoporosis, falls, and prior procedures.

For a child or teenager, call the office to discuss the reason for the visit, current appointment options, and parent or guardian participation. Bring recommendations from the child’s healthcare team. Pregnancy-related back discomfort should also be discussed with your prenatal provider when considering care.

Before your visit

A few good questions.

Do I have to receive an adjustment?

You can discuss your comfort level and preferences before any treatment. The examination helps determine suitable options, and you can ask about alternatives to a particular technique.

How many visits will I need?

There is no set number for everyone. Recommendations depend on your history, findings, goals, and response to care. Ask how the plan will be reassessed as you progress.

Can I come in with an existing diagnosis or imaging?

Yes. Bring relevant reports and a list of your medications and other care providers. Existing information can help guide the conversation; additional evaluation may still be needed.
